Her Excellency Dr. Hind Hamid Bin Hindi Al Alili, was born in 1991 in the Emirate of Ajman, where she grew up and joined the Faculty of Law at Ajman University, and obtained a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Public Law. She then enhanced her academic career by obtaining a PhD in Criminal Law from Menoufia University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where her thesis was distinguished and entitled “Policy to Confront Human Organ Trafficking Crimes.”

With her extensive academic experience and high efficiency, in addition to her active community role, Dr. Hind Bin Hindi was one of the youth representatives in the first youth councils launched under the supervision of the Ministry of Youth, led by Her Excellency Shamma Al Mazrui. She was also elected, with the support of the local community in the Emirate of Ajman, to be the youngest member of the Federal National Council in its seventeenth legislative term. Dr. Hind has participated in many community and volunteer activities, and has contributed effectively in the fields of public work, which has strengthened her position as one of the influential figures in society.

Worked as a social researcher in the Ministry of Labor, Social Security Administration for 30 years. She holds a diploma in social work from Ajman University, and was honored by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid for the Best Customer Service and Public Relations Award.
